Avocado Hummus Recipe

It’s Summer time and a light, refreshing snack by the pool or beach is just what you need. This quick and easy recipe will leave you full but not to the point where you will feel bloated in your bikini. It also satisfies the craving if you’re in the mood for either guacamole or hummus.


1 can of chick peas drained

1tsp Tahini

1 tsp garlic

2 lemon squeezed

Swirl olive oil

Blend for 1 min

Add 1 hass avocado

Blend for another minute or until texture desired.

Add salt or pepper to taste and serve.

You can pair with chips or low carb veggies like celery, cucumber or carrots.

Keep the pit of the avocado in the middle to help prevent the avocado from browning.
